Is there a way to keep cameras and scanners Windows wizard to connect to my camera?

I have an HP and use the program accompaniment to download now pics.right assistant connects to the camera freezes and HP. It is a way to disable the Windows wizard?

I do not know about disconnection if the device appears in device manager, try to put people with disabilities and could prevent trying to load.
