1. It depends on what kind of racing you are looking for, just like I said in your other question. They are too different from one another to say which is better overall. Only you can make that choice.

You probably think I’m being a sourpuss after looking at my answers, but seriously, you are comparing a Honda Civic Si to a BMW M5 Coupe. Midnight Club is an arcade street racing game with a sandbox-style open world environment you can explore (essentially Grand Theft Auto in racing form without the weapons or walking around) with a full storyline. Prologue is a small preview of what to expect in Gran Turismo 5. That means its not a complete “full game” (which is why it was not sold for the retail $60). Also, its a Gran Turismo game, so its 100% track racing. No storyline, no campaign, no real “goals” of any sort. Just trying to win a race, earn at least a bronze trophy in each event, and post the quickest lap times. Two very, very different games.
