Canon Powershot A480-owners have a color accent "feature?

I searched and searched and found conflicting answers in this regard. The only definitive answer that I see on the specifications page it seems that this feature is available when shooting video, which is not what I wanted. In a note of color I mean when you choose a color for the camera to isolate, and correspond to other colors of black and white. Thanks!

On option color accent seems to be a current fashion that teens are very excited. The device keeps a color and turns everything else in black and white. I would never use a device for the following reasons: • It is very limited in what it can do. • The function is not always reliable or accurate.
